Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the web service "Lockview" ("Service") provided by イープライズ ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service allows you to share HTML, ZIP, PDF, and similar files via password-protected preview links.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

You must register accurate information. You are responsible for managing your account credentials. Transfer or lending accounts to third parties is prohibited. Your account becomes active once email verification is complete.

Article 4 (Plans)

We offer free and paid plans. Pricing and features are described on the pricing page and may change with prior notice.

Article 5 (Payment)

Paid plan fees are prepaid through our designated payment provider. Paid features become available once payment is completed.

Article 6 (Cancellation)

You may cancel a paid plan at any time. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the next billing date. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not:

  • Violate laws or public order and morals
  • Upload content that infringes third-party copyrights, intellectual property, or privacy
  • Attempt unauthorized access or place excessive load on the Service
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activity
  • Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 8 (User Content)

You retain ownership of content you upload. We use your content only as necessary to operate the Service. Content may be deleted after account deletion or plan expiration following a retention period.

Article 9 (Changes, Suspension, Termination)

We may change, suspend, or terminate the Service with prior notice. We are not liable for damages arising from such actions except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or security. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

Article 11 (Personal Information)

Our handling of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

We may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
